What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare and validate data for indirect tax processes, including journal entries and G/L reconciliations
- Assist with documenting current client processes prior to transition
- Support workflow enhancements by gathering requirements and providing input on technology-driven improvements
- Perform routine compliance support tasks and ad-hoc assignments as directed
- Maintain organized records and audit-ready documentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Communications, Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 0-1 year of experience; internship or exposure to tax operations preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities

- Internship or exposure to tax operations
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
- Experience with data validation and compliance tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
