What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee a caseload of students as the primary point of contact with the school
- Monitor student participation and proactively reach out to students who are not attending
- Arrange support conferences to address performance concerns
- Serve as a liaison between students, Learning Coaches, and teachers to enhance communication
- Provide outreach, training, and individualized support to families and students
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two (2) years of college education
- At least two (2) years of experience in education or an equivalent combination of education and related experience
- Ability to work independently and maintain a professional home office environment
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with students and families
- Familiarity with technology tools and online learning platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with the proposed age group
- Background in supporting adults and children in learning technology
- Ability to quickly learn new technology tools, including database and web-based applications
