What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in inventory and cataloging metrics across existing reports
- Document metric definitions, calculation logic, and associated data sources
- Identify and resolve duplicate or conflicting metric definitions across reports
- Partner with stakeholders to validate calculations and business meanings
- Contribute to the creation of a centralized metric repository for Self-Service BI
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a student enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Actuarial Services, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of the P&C Insurance industry is a plus
- Ability to work in a fully remote environment with reliable internet access
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Business Intelligence development or data governance
- Familiarity with metric standardization and analytics solutions
- Previous internship or work experience in a related field
