What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide data analysis support to project and operations management
- Assist in the development of formal process documentation, including process models and business requirements
- Perform impact assessments on process design and key performance metrics
- Analyze data to identify process performance issues and improvement opportunities
- Facilitate discussions among stakeholders to elicit and validate requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree in a related field
- Must have completed a minimum of 2 years of coursework
- Proficient in standard computer applications, including MS Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with process modeling and business analysis documentation
- Familiarity with agile development environments
- Strong presentation skills for communicating complex processes to non-technical audiences
- Background in healthcare operations or data analysis
