What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform high-volume cash applications within several enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Review daily billings and send customer invoices
- Process invoice adjustments and apply credits
- Reconcile accounts to resolve customer deductions or payments on account
- Collaborate with the Credit Team regarding payment issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration preferred; equivalent combination of formal education/training and experience
- 5+ years of experience working in accounts receivable in small and large industrial commercial businesses
- Experience working with the Accounts Receivable department to process high-volume transactions
- Strong proficiency with MS Office, specifically Outlook and Excel
- Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in Oracle, P21, Rubicon, or comparable ERP system preferred
