What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Guide and provide input on enhancement feasibility for business organizations
- Analyze and assemble functional and non-functional requirements
- Conduct feasibility analysis and provide recommendations for project strategies
- Troubleshoot potential system issues and analyze production defects
- Provide Subject Matter Expert support to developers and testers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in analyzing, designing, and developing functional requirements
- Experience with Oracle CC&B applications and data modeling
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working knowledge of relational databases (SQL experience)
- Familiarity with UML
- Experience in high-complexity project participation
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Experience with Call Center and/or Back Office centric business
