What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a representative of the Mission to churches, staff, and donors
- Lead the organization, coordination, and execution of Church Engagement events
- Manage event budgets and use resources efficiently
- Assist with planning, execution, and evaluation of Church Engagement events
- Maintain CE database in Studio Enterprise

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in event coordination or related field
- 1 year of experience in a ministry of compassion environment desired
- Proven ability to maintain relationships and take ownership over projects
- Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a Para-church or church environment
- Knowledge of issues surrounding homelessness and compassion ministries
