What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with clients to define a product or program vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies in lab workflows and communicate changes to developers
- Facilitate meetings to gather requirements and drive alignment with business stakeholders
- Manage project risks and maintain thorough documentation of project deliverables
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree required
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working at the bench or as a Business Analyst/Functional Technical Analyst in a clinical laboratory
- Proven experience in project management, product management, and business analysis
- Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and navigate complexity and ambiguity effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience acting as a liaison between technical operations and solutions providers
- Familiarity with healthcare digital physician and/or patient portals
- Knowledge of revenue cycle management and laboratory operations
- Proficiency in performing gap analysis and creating business process flows
- Background in bioinformatics and software development business cycles
