      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute communications strategies that support DEI and Community Engagement efforts
      - Lead the creation and publication of content across various communication channels
      - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to curate inclusive content
      - Monitor DEI trends and provide counsel on reputational risks
      - Prepare communication materials for events and employee resource groups

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of five years of relevant corporate communications experience
      - 5-7+ years of experience in corporate communications, including internal communications
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information
      - 2+ years of experience in developing strategic integrated communications plans
      - Bachelor's degree required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in DEI and philanthropy communications
      - Proficiency in using enterprise email platforms and SharePoint
      - Familiarity with AP style for writing and editing
      - Proven ability to manage projects across multiple stakeholders
      - Strong analytical skills to inform communication strategies
