What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Canvass neighborhoods and community spaces to connect families with school options
- Build relationships with local leaders and community partners
- Engage families in authentic conversations about their children's education
- Share information on school programs, enrollment, and events
- Provide updates on outreach efforts and collaborate with the Recruitment and Engagement team

- Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and connect with families
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Passion for education, equity, and serving families
- Clear and enthusiastic communication skills
- Reliability and motivation to meet goals
