      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide a respectful and compassionate experience for callers, aiming for one-call resolution
      - Schedule appointments and connect individuals and families with appropriate clinicians and services
      - Conduct crisis screening assessments and coordinate with crisis teams for immediate intervention
      - Accurately document essential demographic information in CRM and/or EMR systems
      - Manage referrals in Salesforce and perform necessary follow-up calls

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED required
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare, customer service, or a Contact Center setting
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaboratively in a team
      - Familiarity with EMR, CRM, and scheduling software preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, social services, education, or a related field
      - Experience using integrated communication platforms, including team chat and video conferencing
