      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with stakeholders, business SMEs, vendors, and technology teams to define project scope, requirements, timelines, and implementation goals
      - Facilitate requirements gathering, gap analysis, process flows, and solution design for new initiatives and system enhancements
      - Oversee project execution from initiation through post-implementation, managing deliverables, dependencies, risks, and resource alignment
      - Track and manage tasks in project management software using Agile methodology, ensuring accountability and timely delivery
      - Develop and deliver training materials and communications for system and process changes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Contract position - 1099 only
      - Minimum of 5 years of combined Business Analysis and Project Management experience leading large-scale initiatives
      - Experience in the financial services or mortgage industry, particularly with HELOC and Non-QM
      - At least 2 years of Quality Assurance Testing experience, including UAT leadership
      - Proficiency with project management tools (Asana or similar) and strong foundation in Project Management Methodologies (Agile required)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Experience with Loan Origination Systems (Ellie Mae Encompass a plus)
      - Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or comparable)
      - PMP, CSM, or other PM certifications a plus
      - Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, Word)
