      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review, negotiate, and revise master service agreements, service orders, and other customer contracting documents
      - Collaborate with internal partners including Sales, Product Management, and Finance to support contracting processes
      - Respond to contract review requests and legal inquiries from Sales teams
      - Draft contract terms for service orders and master service agreements
      - Update internal contract libraries and contribute to FAQs and knowledge resources

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Undergraduate degree required
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience working with contracts in a sales or legal department
      - Experience in managing, drafting, and negotiating simple contracts
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills
      - Proficient in Microsoft Word and Acrobat, with a strong desire to learn new technologies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of colocation, telecommunications, and cloud industries, particularly in cloud computing
      - Experience with contract management systems such as Epicor and Salesforce
