What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide IT support for technical issues related to Microsoft's core business applications and operating systems
- Support disaster recovery solutions and basic network-level technical support
- Monitor remote monitoring and management system alerts and respond through JIRA service tickets
- Maintain system documentation and communicate with customers regarding incident progress
- Assist in the IT procurement process and manage software licenses
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in information technology preferred
- CompTIA A+ Certification required
- CompTIA N+ Certification required
- ITIL Foundation Certification preferred
- 3-5 years of Help Desk experience preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with JIRA Service Management
- Background in managing WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, and firewalls
- Strong commitment to improving customer service and satisfaction
