What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate project orders from start to finish
- Attend and coordinate meetings with internal departments and customers
- Review and understand project requirements
- Troubleshoot details, materials, and field conflicts
- Maintain effective communication with customers and project team

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
- Five to ten years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and AutoCAD/Bluebeam
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with reviewing architectural and structural drawings
- Knowledge of construction and fabrication methods/processes
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
- Strong computer literacy, especially in Excel spreadsheets
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for work
