- Collaborate with technicians and leadership to ensure a 5-star customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience using ServiceTitan
- Strong phone communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Coachable attitude with a desire to improve
- Confidence in guiding customers rather than just taking orders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Google Workspace
