What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer high volume inbound calls and provide effective customer service regarding property insurance
- Assist borrowers and agents by providing detailed information on obtaining property insurance
- Handle disbursement of property insurance premiums
- Update records and note systems as required
- Deliver timely and accurate customer service to ensure the highest level of satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
- 0-2 years of experience in a customer service role (preferred)
- Must be able to meet availability standards and schedule adherence
- Strong ability to handle complaints and de-escalate calls
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the insurance industry or related customer service field
- Familiarity with property insurance products and services
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
