What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Service and maintain diagnostic equipment at the MegaLab location in Clifton, NJ
- Perform installations, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on Siemens Healthcare Medical Solution instruments
- Deliver timely repairs and provide adequate training to operators for optimal system performance
- Manage financial performance within the assigned territory, focusing on revenue generation and expense control
- Establish and maintain strong business relationships with customers and perform necessary administrative duties
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum high school diploma; technical Associate’s Degree or equivalent preferred
- At least 3 years of experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer
- Proficiency in using hand tools and service test equipment, including a multimeter
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record and ability to work independently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with medical imaging equipment servicing and preventative maintenance
- Familiarity with productivity suites such as MS Office, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
- Ability to train and be proficient in internal applications and tools
- General understanding of electricity, power supplies, and grounding principles
- Previous experience in testing, repairing, and maintaining capital medical equipment
