  **What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
  - Process reservations, revisions, cancellations, and booking notes with high accuracy
  - Provide exceptional guest service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
  - Assist in achieving departmental revenue goals by upselling or adding value to existing bookings
  - Act as the primary contact for service-related inquiries, maintaining professionalism at all times
  - Troubleshoot issues related to MyWindstar or other Windstar systems for guests and travel advisors
  
  **What is Required (Qualifications):**
  - Previous customer service experience preferred
  - Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally with professionalism
  - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  - Self-starter with excellent task management skills
  - Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  
  **How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
  - Experience in cruise or tour operations/reservations
  - Familiarity with the Windstar product and services
  - Proven ability to present information positively and convincingly
