What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead discovery sessions and workshops to uncover customer goals, challenges, and desired outcomes
- Map current and future customer journeys, identifying opportunities for AI enhancement
- Collaborate with sales teams to position AI CX solutions effectively within customer contexts
- Ensure seamless handoff of designed solutions to post-sales and Professional Services teams
- Work with Product, Engineering, and Enablement teams to represent customer needs and influence roadmap priorities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Deep expertise in conversational AI, generative AI, and AI-driven customer experiences
- Proven experience in pre-sales solution design, CX consulting, or AI sales enablement
- Ability to translate technical AI concepts into business value narratives
- Strong understanding of virtual agent technologies and experience with market-leading companies
- Excellent facilitation, storytelling, and consultative communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 6+ years of experience in CX, AI, or automation solution sales
- 3+ years of experience in Contact Center or Virtual Agent solution design
- Experience leading customer workshops, journey mapping, and AI opportunity assessments
