What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and visualize large healthcare data sets to create impactful dashboards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and present novel analytics dashboards
- Support customers in value-based care initiatives through deep-dive analysis
- Balance multiple business intelligence reporting projects using Arcadia Vista
- Develop skills in population health analytics and data presentation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing business intelligence role involving data analysis and visualization
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM or quantitative field
- Proficiency in querying and manipulating relational databases with SQL
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as QuickSight, Tableau, or Power BI
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to improving work processes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Passion for data visualization and clear communication of insights
- Experience analyzing healthcare data, particularly in value-based care
- Familiarity with the AWS platform, specifically QuickSight and Redshift
- Advanced SQL skills or expertise in data visualization
- Experience with collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
