What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage commissioning projects for data centers, including Greenfield builds and facility expansions
- Coordinate with contractors, inspectors, and stakeholders to ensure project execution
- Develop and manage project commissioning plans and specifications
- Act as the main point of contact with clients throughout the project duration
- Lead and document project commissioning activities and meetings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant project management experience in mission critical commissioning
- An ABET accredited engineering or technology degree or equivalent industry experience
- Strong proficiency in QA/QC and commissioning software applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in a consultancy or owner organization is an asset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Commissioning Professional certification from a recognized industry authority
- PE and/or PMP designations
- Knowledge and experience in testing electrical and mechanical systems
- Strong people management and team leadership skills
- Experience with MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
