      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct quality data analysis and provide clinical decision support for designated systems
      - Develop quality, safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction metrics and analytics
      - Collaborate on metric development, reporting system design, and delivery of reports
      - Create presentations and communications to effectively share information
      - Benchmark national best practices and make recommendations for improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent with 2 years of cumulative experience
      - Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience
      - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
      - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Experience in project management or quality improvement initiatives

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a healthcare setting focusing on quality improvement
      - Familiarity with healthcare metrics and reporting systems
      - Proficiency in data analysis software or tools
      - Experience in presenting data to various stakeholders
