      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide primary IT support for DC office staff, troubleshooting technical issues and setting up AV equipment
      - Manage IT hardware inventory to ensure availability and prevent waste
      - Configure and set up laptops and workstations for new hires
      - Assist with maintaining access control programs and conducting regular access audits
      - Support monitoring activities to identify anomalies and potential policy violations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-3 years of experience in security/IAM, help desk, or related roles with demonstrated IT support experience
      - Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems such as Freshdesk, Zendesk, or ServiceNow
      - Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff
      - Willingness to earn security certifications (Security+, Okta, etc.) as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Understanding of user accounts, permissions, and access controls in cloud-based systems
      - Experience with Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Okta, Azure AD/Entra, or similar platforms
      - Awareness of modern IT security threats such as malware and phishing
      - Familiarity with EDR tools and email security systems
      - Experience assisting with onboarding and separation workflows
