What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the development of a digital readiness heat map consolidating various indicators related to sports venues
- Ensure workflows and information are effectively communicated to internal departments
- Assist in gathering and organizing inputs from Autodesk stakeholders and design team counterparts
- Identify and document non-technical risk factors that may influence digital delivery timelines
- Contribute to creating concise summaries that present risks, assumptions, and constraints in an executive-ready format
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Currently enrolled in a full-time, degree-seeking program in business, engineering, construction management, urban planning, information systems, or related fields
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex inputs
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, presentation tools, and basic data visualization
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with large capital programs, infrastructure delivery, or major event planning
- Exposure to risk assessment, program management, or operational readiness frameworks
- Interest in data, product management, and technology platforms
- Comfort working with ambiguity and incomplete information
- Interest in digital transformation within design, construction, or operations contexts
