      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own media planning, execution, and optimization for direct mail and print marketing campaigns
      - Lead direct mail strategy, including audience targeting, offer strategy, testing, and scale plans
      - Manage promo code operations for direct mail campaigns, including setup, tracking, spend, and fraud controls
      - Partner with internal teams and external agencies to plan direct mail budgets and ensure spend aligns with financial objectives
      - Analyze direct mail performance, surface insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-5+ years of experience managing direct mail or offline performance marketing campaigns
      - Deep hands-on experience with direct mail strategy, execution, and measurement
      - Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs and direct response direct mail tactics
      - Highly analytical, with advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL or similar data environments strongly preferred
      - Proven ability to develop data-driven direct mail testing frameworks and optimization roadmaps
