What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers daily
- Dispatch appropriate technicians or resources to meet customer needs
- Maintain composure while addressing potentially distressed customers
- Provide customer service with empathy and care
- Ensure punctuality and reliability in attendance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of call center experience (dispatch or customer service)
- Must have a personal computer (desktop or laptop with a 4-core processor) – no Chromebooks, iPads/Tablets, or MacBooks
- Must possess a wired USB headset with a microphone
- Experience with data entry and word processing
- Fluent in writing, reading, and speaking English
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Two or more years of experience in a call center environment (sales or customer service)
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM systems; experience with DialPad is a plus
- Having dual monitors/screens for specific projects
