What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers on a daily basis
- Dispatch the appropriate technicians or resources to meet customer needs
- Maintain composure and professionalism while assisting distressed customers
- Arrive on time each day to ensure reliability and dependability
- Provide customer service with empathy and care to enhance client satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of call center experience (dispatch or customer service)
- Must have a personal computer (desktop or laptop with a 4-core processor); no Chromebooks, iPads/Tablets, or MacBooks
- Must have a wired USB headset with a microphone
- Reliable and dependable with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Fluent in writing, reading, and speaking English
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with two monitors/screens, required for some projects
- Two or more years of experience in a call center environment (sales or customer service)
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM platforms; experience with DialPad is a plus
