      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate and dispatch service calls based on urgency and technician specialty
      - Maintain constant communication with field technicians, service managers, and customers for status updates
      - Strategically plan the following day's schedule with field supervisors for maximum efficiency
      - Facilitate communication between technicians and vendors for complex jobs
      - Resolve customer concerns promptly and provide backup support for incoming service calls

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1+ years of professional dispatching experience, preferably in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical
      - 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
      - Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; experience with ServiceTitan is a significant plus
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills to manage high-demand peak seasons
      - High School Diploma or GED required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with ServiceTitan software
      - Background in home trades such as HVAC, plumbing, or electrical
