What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the end-to-end delivery of Shopify and e-commerce projects, including custom theme builds and feature rollouts
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, scopes, and risk assessments
- Lead sprint planning and day-to-day execution with design and engineering teams
- Ensure work is delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard
- Serve as the primary delivery point of contact for clients, managing communications and updates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing digital or e-commerce projects
- Hands-on experience delivering Shopify projects in an agency or fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics and their impact on performance
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with CRO programs, A/B testing, or experimentation tools
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows
- Exposure to GA4, Shopify Analytics, or BI dashboards
