This is graduate engineering work in the investigation, design, and construction of public works and engineering projects.

Minimum Qualification Requirements:
Attainment of a minimum of a bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) in engineering.
