What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain, create, and update accurate customer, pipeline, and forecast information in Salesforce
- Use knowledge of the data and analytics space to engage in consultative sales with diverse businesses
- Own the sales process from initial contact to contract closure
- Collaborate with a motivated team to bring on new customers and develop advocates for the employer
- Engage with partners in the data ecosystem to build pipeline or support specific customer initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum two years of experience closing deals
- Experience in the data analytics or business intelligence space
- Background in high-tech software sales
- Proven track record of success in pipeline generation and quota attainment
- Team player with a strong sales-oriented mindset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Domo
- Partnership and co-selling experience
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
