What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Sell security solutions to enterprise accounts, aiming to exceed new annual recurring revenue quotas
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities with enterprise accounts, managing the sales process from initial conversations to contract signing
- Collaborate with Customer Success to facilitate timely renewals and expansion sales
- Maintain accurate data across all sales systems, documenting results consistently
- Advocate for customer needs with internal teams to prioritize revenue-generating initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of direct experience selling into enterprise-sized organizations (3,000+ employees)
- Proven track record of negotiating with large organizations and closing complex sales
- Demonstrated consistent over-quota performance or ranking in the top 5% of the sales organization
- Technical proficiency in cybersecurity, email, cloud, and AI solutions
- Experience selling subscription software/SaaS to CISOs and security personnel with average sales exceeding $100,000
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in a start-up environment, successfully building territory and customer wins against larger competitors
- BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
