What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Exceed revenue quota goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Lead the sales cycle from qualifying to closing, including presentations, negotiations, and RFP responses
- Develop and implement bold territory plans to drive partnership activity and manage the sales pipeline
- Acquire new partners to expand software solutions to students
- Travel within the state of Texas as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in education, business, or related field
- 3-5 years of IT/software sales experience
- Background in selling to the K-12 educational market
- Experience with enterprise SAAS sales
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in K-12 school district leadership
- Experience initiating relationships in large urban school districts
- Deep understanding of the K-12 education industry and assessment
