What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a Project Manager for environmental, civil construction, and demolition projects
- Prepare proposals, including cost estimates, work scopes, and schedules
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, addressing their concerns and priorities
- Provide engineering and technical support to field service offices
- Assist with procurement for projects, including materials, equipment rental, and subcontractors
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in civil or geological engineering, geology, hydrogeology, environmental sciences, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years' project management or estimating experience in environmental remediation
- Proficiency in cost estimating and the ability to develop and present project change orders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Excellent presentation skills and strong customer management abilities
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations governing remedial sites
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong environmental remediation background and experience
- Proficient in Windows-based business software, including Word and Excel
