      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Responsible for the creation and maintenance of Epic Master Files, including builds, testing, and debugging
      - Identify potential system issues and training opportunities related to Epic software
      - Assist in testing for monthly updates and annual release upgrades of the Epic system
      - Provide guidance and support to users at all levels regarding technical expertise
      - Prepare and maintain documentation of new processes and workflows, ensuring compliance and confidentiality

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Minimum of five (5) years of related work experience
      - Must become proficient or certified in Epic Resolute, Prelude, or related module approved by management within 12 months of employment
      - Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of CMS/ARC clinic operations and billing & collections functions
      - Experience with Epic billing and registration modules
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
      - Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
