What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a portfolio of federally funded grants, including application approval and project completion
- Support the Federal Programs Managing Director and Manager with project compliance and completion
- Assist in grant closeout procedures and documentation
- Collaborate with team members on various assignments as directed by management
- Ensure adherence to federal guidelines and regulations throughout the grant lifecycle
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major
- One year of professional experience required for Departmental Analyst 10 position
- Two years of professional experience, including one year at the intermediate level, required for Departmental Analyst P11 position
- Experience in compliance activities, payroll, reconciliation, or verification is advantageous
- Experience with the administration or management of federal grants or awards is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Two years of full-time active-duty experience at or above the E-6 level in the uniformed services may substitute for the education requirement
- Experience in managing construction projects
