What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with distributor partners and retail accounts
- Achieve volume and distribution targets within defined territory
- Conduct special events, festivals, beer dinners, and tastings
- Train distributors and retail personnel on all brands
- Monitor daily activities and accomplishments using the company's field execution tool
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business or Marketing
- 1-2 years of experience in craft beer sales or beverage sales
- Proven computer skills, proficient in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook
- Strong communication skills, including public speaking and presentation abilities
- Must reside in the area where the position is located
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Cicerone or Certified Beer Server is a plus
- Strong local contacts and familiarity with the local craft beer scene
- Energetic and confident personality with a results-driven approach
- Exemplary interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills
