What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and enhance complex financial models, reporting templates, and processes to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency
- Support continuous improvement of financial processes and infrastructure
- Analyze financial data and translate it into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for leadership
- Maintain ongoing communication with account team members to ensure expectations are met for internal and client reporting processes
- Provide training as necessary to ensure best practices are followed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
- Familiarity with BI tools, especially PowerBI, is a plus
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills
