What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate account demand partners and Cendyn customers
- Create and execute account development plans to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth
- Identify and pursue corporate opportunities to win more RFPs and maximize revenue
- Ensure effective communication between demand partners, customers, and internal teams
- Plan and present progress reports on account goals and initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven sales results and experience in corporate account management
- BA or BS from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience
- Experience managing relationships with North American global travel buyers
- Familiarity with CRM database applications and enterprise-level software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Cvent Transient RFP Tool
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to influence internal teams and customers
- In-depth understanding of the hospitality industry and competitive landscape
- Proven ability to analyze data and translate results into actionable strategies
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate in a team environment
