What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and analyze clinical data to ensure data integrity and compliance
- Provide support to healthcare staff for EPIC and other EHR systems by troubleshooting and resolving application issues
- Conduct detailed reviews of identified issues and documentation in logs and databases
- Collaborate with clinical teams to enhance system efficiency and improve health information processes
- Lead system testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance, ensuring compliance with privacy and security standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a resident of California and at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED certification required
- Proficient computer experience with MS Windows and MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
- Strong attention to detail and strict adherence to HIPAA compliance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare information management or EHR systems
- Familiarity with database management and data analysis tools
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
