      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist healthcare teams in using electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently and accurately
      - Monitor and resolve technical issues related to Epic and ensure patient data flows smoothly across departments
      - Troubleshoot application errors and guide clinical teams through system updates and workflow changes
      - Maintain user access, monitor system alerts, and manage Epic workqueues for various errors
      - Conduct internal trainings on Epic functionality and system updates to support staff development

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a resident of California
      - Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or GED certification
      - Proficient computer experience with MS Windows and MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
      - Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
      - Strong attention to detail and commitment to HIPAA compliance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare-related field or with electronic health record systems
      - Familiarity with database management and reporting tools
      - Strong analytical skills and ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
