      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to assess talent requirements and advise on hiring strategies for nurses
      - Source potential candidates through networking and various social media platforms to attract high-quality candidates
      - Create professional and attention-grabbing job postings for various resources
      - Conduct thorough behavioral-based interviews and phone screens to assess candidates' skills
      - Serve as the point of contact for recommending hiring rates, making job offers, and finalizing hiring details

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of progressive relevant experience in recruiting
      - Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Proven effective consulting skills with the ability to drive impact
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to manage projects simultaneously under pressure to meet deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in corporate or agency recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
      - Preferred certifications: PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or an equivalent professional qualification
      - Proficiency in Workday ATS, MS Office, and Monday.com
