      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via phone or email
      - Perform remote troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
      - Write concise and informative service tickets to document customer issues
      - Walk customers through the problem-solving process and follow up on all tickets to ensure resolution
      - Provide accurate information on IT products and services, recording events and resolutions in logs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate degree preferred or equivalent level of work experience
      - Experience in a help desk or customer support role
      - Familiarity with ticketing systems and writing technical support reports
      - Good understanding of computer systems, software applications, and networking
      - Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented approach

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues
      - Calm and composed demeanor when dealing with customer inquiries
