      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Take ownership of issues reported through email, phone, chat, etc., and see them through until resolved or escalated
      - Work independently with little direct supervision while effectively communicating with IT professionals and end users
      - Troubleshoot and determine root causes of issues, providing timely updates and follow-ups
      - Provide support for end users and local IT technicians, assisting with software usage and troubleshooting hardware problems
      - Collaborate with teammates and external customers to enhance overall service delivery

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer support or helpdesk roles
      - 5 years of experience supporting and configuring Microsoft Office 365
      - 5 years of experience in software support, including troubleshooting hardware and incident documentation
      - Proven ability to communicate effectively across various mediums

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Service Desk solutions and Microsoft Intune
      - Demonstrated self-motivation and initiative in improving processes without supervision
      - Excellent organizational and time management skills
      - Certification in CompTIA A+, Microsoft, AWS, or other relevant credentials
      - Proven team player with strong customer service and interpersonal skills
