What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage instructional programs and consult regularly with learning coaches and students
- Complete grading, create progress reports, and conduct parent conferences in a timely manner
- Review curriculum and devise alternate approaches to enhance student understanding
- Communicate with parents, students, and teachers to develop and update Personal Learning Plans
- Keep student records and data up-to-date, including attendance and contact logging
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Highly qualified and certified in Indiana
- Strong technology skills, particularly with Microsoft OS, MS Office programs, and Google Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate flexibility
- Willingness to travel occasionally for marketing and state testing events

- Familiarity with K-12 curriculum development and instructional strategies
