      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review clinical documentation and diagnostic results to extract data and apply appropriate ICD and CPT codes
      - Accurately code outpatient conditions and procedures as documented in medical records
      - Provide charge validation and capture processes for various patient types, including diagnostic and therapeutic services
      - Ensure compliance with ICD Official Guidelines for Coding and Reporting
      - Maintain maximum communication and adhere to HIPAA security standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Successful completion of a Coding Degree or Diploma program, or current enrollment in a program
      - Minimum of one year of coding and reimbursement experience in a multi-specialty clinic/hospital setting
      - Extensive knowledge of coding guidelines, medical terminology, and anatomy
      - Advanced knowledge of hospital information systems and Microsoft Office applications
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with electronic health record systems
      - AAPC or AHIMA credential at the time of hire
