What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive inbound calls and respond to chats from prospects, providing information and support
- Make outbound follow-up calls to qualified leads and sell memberships through phone and chat
- Understand and fulfill the needs of prospects by offering tailored solutions for self-defense
- Maintain expert knowledge of the product suite and accurately process orders and memberships
- Track and document all customer interactions, leads, and outcomes while meeting sales KPIs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
- Proven success in sales and customer service, with ability to exceed targets and foster relationships
- Required to pass and maintain Producer Property and Casualty License; paid training provided
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
- Solid understanding of Integrity Selling and Asking Formula principles

- Experience in both phone and chat-based sales or service roles
- Competence in utilizing various computer applications and navigating multiple systems
- High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and confidentiality
