      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Receive inbound calls and respond to inbound chats from prospects
      - Make outbound follow-up calls to qualified leads and sell memberships
      - Understand and fulfill the needs of prospects related to self-defense and personal protection
      - Maintain expert knowledge of the product suite and process orders accurately
      - Consistently meet or exceed sales and service KPIs set by the team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred
      - Established success in sales and customer service with a strong ability to exceed targets
      - Required to pass and maintain Producer Property and Casualty License with paid training provided
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities
      - Solid understanding of Integrity Selling and Asking Formula principles
