      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Actively contribute to solution innovation, sales efforts, and retention strategies
      - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals by converting leads into customers
      - Build and maintain relationships with potential clients about pet insurance products
      - Provide support to clients in the claims process, ensuring timely resolution of issues
      - Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of sales, call center, or relevant experience
      - Must have and maintain a Property & Casualty License or be willing to obtain one within 45 days of hire
      - Strong communication skills to confidently answer questions and resolve concerns
      - Ability to engage and build relationships with clients
      - Understanding of federal and state regulations related to the insurance industry

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the pet insurance industry or related services
      - Proven track record of meeting sales targets and customer engagement
      - Familiarity with claims processing in an insurance context
      - Strong problem-solving skills to assist clients effectively
      - Willingness to participate in additional training and development opportunities
